We strive to process and dispatch your order within 48 hours from our facility. However, during peak times around the HOLIDAY SEASONS (October, November, December, and January), please allow an additional 3 business days for processing. Please note that this timeframe DOES NOT include weekends or holidays.

Purchases made after 9 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

We ship from multiple warehouse locations to ensure faster and more efficient order fulfillment. Your order may be split into separate shipments from different warehouses based on product availability. Please note that if your order contains items shipping from different warehouses, you may receive multiple packages.
